The poet John Donne wrote that "no man is an island", a monad disconnected from the world. It is certainly so, we must not forget this. For this reason, I have adopted a “systemic vision! In my work, wich focuses both on the objectives and on the dynamics that govern the systems in which people live and work. It is in this way that I facilitate the conditions for embracing a broader evolutionary perspective, in which unexpected scenarios and new strategies, unprecedented representations of the future and original solutions emerge.
The approach described above is grafted onto an anthropological perspective that takes into account the complexity of the present moment. It is a fundamental aspect of my method, the importance of which is easy to understand. Each of us emerges from a specific cultural context, each of us having roots in the civilization to which it belongs. However, unlike in the past, today we are called to face in real time, the cultural beliefs of other peoples, often different and conflicting, and with the fluctuations of our own culture. Civilization once provided a cultural horizon in which to process critical moments. In our globalized and hyper-connected world, on the contrary, this function becomes more often than not paradoxically individual.
How then do we give meaning and depth to life? Start from the awareness that we all belong to a complex system in which it is necessary to make a constant critical comparison with other beliefs and ways of thinking. This is the path on which we are called to proceed. Only in this way will people, teams and organizations be able to develop effective change management projects and strategies.
The first concrete gesture of each coach is to observe and listen to the situation put forth by the client (person, team or organization). The goal is to identify the key elements, patterns and processes. I ask myself and ask the client questions. Let's investigate together: why were the objectives not achieved? What are the same ineffective patterns that keep repeating themselves? Well, the systemic and anthropological approaches are proven to be extraordinarily effective in bringing out the answers that the client is looking for. The more the work progresses, the more my clients discover solutions to put into practice, here and now. The future loses its threatening character and becomes an unsuspected opportunity.
At this point you will have understood that for me systemic coaching is the closest thing to a "laboratory for a new world", where the work focuses on what needs to be done and how to do it. . Carefully guided by me, my clients imagine the future where they want to live and who they want to be, conceive more efficient ways of being in the world. Every evolution presupposes a mindset, a mental approach that changes. My job is to facilitate change. At a systemic level, this involves the organization, teams and people - three dimensions that co-exist and are crucial for the concrete achievement of the desired results.
Systemic coaching is an approach to problem solving and, above all, to developing potential. It can be applied to any field or professional environment and focuses on effective communication, personal motivation and emotional intelligence for the creation of new outcomes.
